A hand-built WooCommerce theme for a Lahore streetwear label built around calligraphy and heritage prints.

ChallengeThe store ran on a generic template that didn’t carry the brand’s look, and checkout asked for more than local shoppers need.
SolutionA custom theme with a cut-out model hero carousel, an “on the rail” hanger carousel for categories, a trending product reel, and an app-style tab bar with WhatsApp on phones.
DeliveredRestyled shop, product, cart, checkout and account pages, plus structured data and an llms.txt so search engines and AI assistants can read the catalogue.

ChallengeEach piece has to be traceable by item number and weight, from supplier purchase to customer sale, with stock that is always right.
SolutionA web portal for products, customers, purchases and sales. Every entry writes a stock movement inside a database transaction; a sale checks stock first and marks a piece sold when its weight reaches zero.
DeliveredDashboard, current stock, customer ledgers, daily, monthly and purchase reports, role-based JWT sign-in and a clean-architecture API documented in Swagger.

ChallengeWork is spread across chats and spreadsheets, so nobody sees what’s late or who’s overloaded — and many teams share one app, so each workspace’s data has to stay private.
SolutionWorkspaces with members, projects with owners and deadlines, and a drag-and-drop Kanban board (To do, In progress, Review, Completed) where each task has a priority, assignee, due date and comments. Every query is scoped to the signed-in user’s workspaces.
DeliveredA personal dashboard of open and overdue work, progress per project, a workload report per teammate, email sign-in with ASP.NET Core Identity, and an automated test that proves one team can’t read another’s data.
